Lamington Square (First Try)

Lamington is known as an Australian Dessert (I guess) or snack...I don't know but it's pretty famous among Australians. Working with Australian environment, I am too introduced to this sweet moist coconuty tasting cake. But honestly, I am not fond of this particular cake because it's coated by coconut. I hate anything associated with coconut, especially when it's raw tasting. Anyway, even if I don't like it, I always wanted to try to make one. And ta-daaaaa....successful!!!
It's easy beyond my imagination and the girls at the office said that it's really good (well, I trust them because I haven't tried it myself...and will not do so). Here we go:Well, let me know if you want to try some! ^ ^
